Our Vintage Cider and Perry Vinegars are for the epicures. Both are made in oak barrels, vinegarised naturally and allowed to mature in their barrels for a further 6-10 years. The flavours are delightful for salads, dressings and of course added to cooking dishes. We are not allowed to describe the health giving properties of cider (& perry) as that be improper - but you can easily look them up!
